We accept returns on merchandise up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. After a return has been approved, the item(s) must be returned to the warehouse within 10 calendar days. Any packages arriving outside of the 10 day window will not be processed and ineligible for a refund.

At this time, we currently do not accept returns on international orders.

If you would like to make an exchange, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the new product. Folk Hero does not do exchanges for the same order.

The sender will assume return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in unused, original condition with all stickers, labels, and tags with original packaging. If item(s) are not returned in the original condition your return will not be processed. Folk Hero is not responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for return.
